For PTC, they had just built a one-of-a kind, immersive customer experience center in the top floor of their new state-of-the-art HQ in Boston. Overlooking the harbor, their center included 6 briefing rooms and multiple hands-on physical experiences. But in March of 2020, like most program centers, it went quiet.
Instead of pumping the breaks on their customer experience program, Sullivan and PTC used the pandemic to pivot their program to give it more interactivity and reach than ever before.
