To enhance their digital display experience, this Solutions Center team wanted to put more intelligence behind it. They centered the content strategy around the visitor’s experience, and closely integrated with their scheduling system for dynamic, real-time data population. Visitors are greeted by company name, and meeting information is provided across key points in the center. Taking it a step further, industry specific content is shown per each visiting company, creating a closer brand connection to the visitor’s industry.
A multi-display Media Wall helps create a welcoming first impression, greeting guests by company name and showing industry related branded content. The content is integrated with the scheduling system for dynamic population and is animated across the canvas, activated the large-scale space in a more innovative manner.
The lobby display helps welcome guests, and introduces more industry aligning brand content, while also informing guests what room they are in. The content is integrated with the scheduling system and cycles through all guests for the day.
Outside each meeting room, a display helps inform guests of their meeting agenda and details. All meeting details are dynamically pulled from the scheduling system, showing real-time updates to time and agenda information. There are multiple states of the display depending on if the room is in use or not, and what type of meeting it will hold.
For more of a lounge experience, the break area content has industry news highlights and social media feeds from relevant sources. The main window allows for video content to be played in its proper format and ratio. Also, local weather data is shown, providing employees with up-to-date information about their area.
